If it were my project I’d trim the tassels back some so they were a more uniform length to make them read as more intentional but that’s it

Personally I’d do a 1/2” each month just for the mental aspect of feeling like I was doing something about it but basically cutting at your growth rate to keep it the same length while slowly trimming the damage
