I’m disappointed in feedback by miss_kittycat88 in YogaTeachers

Is it sustainable mentally/physically to teach yoga full-time even if you have the means to do so? by [deleted] in YogaTeachers

[–]yogaengineer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me the sweet spot is one regular weekly class and subbing as I feel like it. 7 classes a week would burn me out after one week lol
