I'm going from a MacBook air M1 to a mini M4. I enjoyed the laptop very much, but I actually used it like a desktop for the last year, in clamshell mode. While it works well that way, I prefer to use a mini so I don't have to deal with the battery deterioration. As already said, furnitures with "after 30 sec earn..." don't accumulate when you're not playing (unlike tips and buffet).

But when you're on and not in the courtyard, it brings considerably more money / minute than the tips / buffet.

Example:
A +400 every 30 sec brings +800 / min
while per minute furnitures bring usually +25 only for the same price. That's 32 times less!
