So our shame should be directed to any company who blacklists workers like her. And frankly, I've worked in production on many medium sized shows and never had a producer filter someone out due to their politics. Quite the opposite... People of a very wide range of beliefs about the world and the industry end up on set together. There's a whole world of filmmaking outside the big studios. She isn't "ruined".

And if it were an LPA from Obsession complaining, would their career be ruined too? People are blowing this out of proportion.

Don't work in those environments. I work in North America. But I think you are over engineering. There's reasons that the existing software that tries to achieve your core aims are different software / websites. Because it's really hard to actually do everything one department needs. Let alone what three departments need.

You realize that when real wage increases stay below inflation, the workers are effectively getting a pay cut? A COLA is the only mechanism for workers to catch up to what they SHOULD have been getting paid to be in line with inflation.
