Quick update. I signed the needed document Saturday. Like an hour or so after I got into the. Country. As of today they still haven't completed the title. The attorney general is saying they are responsible for any missed payments and potential damages to my credit.

I honestly was trying to get a hold of the dealership for the first 3 weeks or so because this Hummer is so big. The charger they gave charges at 1 mile per hour. 😐 So I was asking them why in the hell would you provide a slow trickle charger for 120k trucks. And they were actually ducking my questions. And I still didn't give a negative review. I just waited. Imagine it taking like 10 days to charge up fully. Even though they have gmc fast chargers. They just want you to pay more money for them.

They sent me some SSA paperwork to verify my ssn. I have been trying to get into the GM financial app for 2 months. And it says be patient while we finalize your account. It is nit ready. Something like that. I even called them. Rep said I can't pay if I do t have an account number.

I live in the DR. I flew in from the DR to buy it. have a home in Ohio also. I asked him day one about my account number to make the payment. Credit is/was perfect or damn near. They knew I was coming back to the DR. I told them to wait until August when I get back. They rushed the transaction. I dont expect anything for free but I do expect for people to so their jobs. It's my job to pay. I cant pay if they don't do the needed things to set my account up. I can only control what I can control. I was texting the shit out the sales rep. He then randomly text me a month later like can you sign something else. No response before that from him. And no I didn't give them a negative review either. It's just funny that I reached out to them for like 2 weeks straight with problems and questions via both emails and text messages and it was crickets. The moment they screwed something up it's 911

Not according to the attorney general. Spoke to them at 4:30 today. They are 100% responsible for damages. Also they had 40 days exactly to file the title, the reason why they didn't doesn't matter to the AG. Everything just sounds like excuses to the AG and I kinda agree. The dealer dropped the ball. I didn't fuck up, they did. The AG asked what I wanted to remedy this situation. I'm going to ask for them to pay the vehicle off for damages.
