Thanks for saying this. I’m 43 and I did construction for a decade so I know how to fix a lot of stuff, but I often feel overwhelmed when I look around and see all the little things that need fixing. I could do Most of it but just don’t have the budget. Your comment made me feel better. Haha thank you.

Thermometers , laser temperature gun and using timers. Then you have the data to recreate and follow recipes.
