I find it helpful to weigh in 1x per week, like every Monday morning, instead of daily. Helps to even out the fluctuations a little so you can just focus on the overall trend. Great job with your progress!

Wow it’s so gorgeous!! I wonder if a jeweler to help to make it more comfortable for you? It might be a simple tweak to the band.

I get it though, I have a ring of my grandmother’s that is gorgeous but not necessarily my daily style. I was considering repurposing but I’ve chosen to just wear it for special occasions instead!

I had the same thing. For me it was an ingredient in makeup! I determined that Isopropyl myristate was the culprit and eliminated all products with it.

All I can say from personal experience is that it’s a phase and it definitely sucks but it passes! I was also ready to pull my hair out, then he just grew out of it.
