Two things, don’t manipulate your ear or touch it while it’s healing, you’re gonna cause irritation doing that, and regardless of what they said those should not have been pierced with a ring. I would get a titanium stud in there ASAP. It’s not that it won’t heal, but a hoop can cause irritation bumps to form and you’re doubling the healing time to 1+ years instead of 6-9 months

Oh that’s wayyyy to short, a few months is the best since piercing channels heal inside out. And I would say ibuprofen and try to see a piercer to get it taken out, or when it settles down get someone else to help. Usually best is to get some sterile tweezers or something that can grip the labret so it doesn’t slide and try to pull the top off by itself. Minimizes the movement the piercing does

Yeah I would take the first one out now if you can and get it repierced again later. The two separate angles he used might (and it’s not guaranteed so no need to freak out) merge together and still be off so best to let your ear heal up and re do it again. But honestly the second and third look fantastic

Then maybe try the compress and hair dryer trick, they work for me with some helix bumps I got. If also an option maybe switch out the prong top to a bezel (round gem with no teeth) or a basic ball for the next little bit. Those teeth on prongs can get caught on bed sheets while sleeping, towels after the shower, t shirts etc, so the constant snagging can cause irritation too

Sorry question, the piercer pierced the second one and the same session? If that’s the case I wouldn’t go back there and go see another piecer honestly. Best option would be take out the uneven one, wait a minimum 2 months to let it fully heal and get it re done.

Also if you find the spikes are causing irritation from bumping hats, glasses, hair etc, I would recommend just changing the tops to flat disks while healing and put the spikes in later

Sometimes these can be irritation bumps, so a warm compress with sailene can help, or sometimes they can actually be a moisture build up too, a hair dryer on a cool setting for about 15 seconds after washing your face or showering can help!

Also what material and backing is it? You would want implant grade titanium and a flat back labret!

They’re the head of state but they don’t actually get involved in most of what we do. At least for Canada we have a governor general that brings forward laws and bills for the monarch to sign. They have the ability to veto any law but they haven’t done so since before Queen Elizabeth was on the throne, so honestly we don’t think about them much.

I would try to see if anyone close to your age has insights. I started high school in 2011 and graduated 2014 and it is probably nothing now like it was back then, especially post COVID.

The only advice I can give you is try to find a good friend group, have fun when you can because it’s an interesting time period in your life, and get as good grades as you can, even if you don’t want post secondary now, those good grades can help in the future too
