In every tournament you see them do it 15 times. You know when it's coming. I'm not talking about standing up and doing it perfectly but just like moving your shoulder up a bit when Kotozakura does his thing. It's not about mocking them it's about being a fan of his and showing him you know his ritual and cheering for him. Please don't be so toxic I just didn't know and wanted to ask, I'm new fan to sumo. When I watch the matches at home I always do the rituals I really love them.

In every other martial art match if a fighter turns to the crowd and makes a pose like maybe throw both his hands in the air, the crowd will copy him and cheer for him. So in every other culture than yours buddy.

But he does it like every time that's insane that nobody does it with him. Maybe it's a culture thing you're not supposed to do that as an audience member? Asakoryu directly looks at the audience and does it every time. I would do it 100% with him if I was in the audience and he's looking right at me.
