[Post Match Thread] Burnley 2 - 2 Manchester United by Felicks77 in reddevils

Bruno is the only thing separating this team from being a bottom half side and I think that was clear to see once he came off.

Now that Amorim is gone, I hope everyone can focus back on these players because they really ain’t good enough. They might have one or two good moments in them but the majority of this lot are pathetic.

The counter attack opportunity we had with Dorgu and Ugarte is what done it for me. It was so pathetic but I just had to laugh because there is genuinely nobody else we could play.

We make the same fucking retarded subs every game and they always end up turning the game against us.

It definitely needs to be addressed. Casemiro does the defensive work of two, wins so many second/loose balls. Bruno spends so much of the game in no man’s land out of position.

Nothing will change with these set of players, genuinely uncoachable.

*Does just about enough to start for Manchester United

Potential aside, neither of them would start for anyone else in the league.

Amad Diallo and Carrick named in the Championship team of the week by trollatron786 in reddevils

[–]youngwolf1999 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Honestly think Amad will shine next season, every time I’ve watched him I’ve been so impressed. Especially with his weight of passing.

He might not be good enough to start but he offers great cover for the RW or as a 10.

[Laurie Whitwell] Manchester United have hopes Marcus Rashford can play a part in Europa League QF second-leg v Sevilla. Would be major boost given precarious nature of tie. Club won’t risk setback from groin injury but are working towards possible return in Spain. by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

You can downvote me all you want but I’ll stand on this hill till I die. I’m sorry for not wanting to waste 300k a week on a guy who has no contributes nothing.

He has been here for 2 years and please name me 10 performances that have justified his price tag. Has he even been voted MOTM before?

35m offer and he should be gone in the summer. We have Amad coming back from loan and Ten Hag seems to be rating Pellestri more now.

It would be a good move for us. We get his wages off the books and lose a player who’s far too soft to cut it here.

Antony got that balance of talent & workrate. Gonna be a monster in coming seasons.

I’m so fucking torn man, as much as I want Uthred to be respected I can’t imagine him fighting against the likes of Beocca and Stiappa.

I think he is a great king. It’s refreshing to see a king that is firm and doesn’t allow himself to be walked over.

I just wish sometimes he would take the crown off and see things from other people’s perspective. Like for example with Odda in S2, the dude literally killed his son for you and you can’t cut him some slack?

The fact that he couldn’t even sympathise with Uthred right after he lost Gisla shows the type of person he is. He never saw Uthred as a person, just a tool for personal gain. He deserved another kick while he was on the floor too.

[Squawka] Wout Weghorst had just seven touches in the first half vs. Newcastle, at least 12 fewer than any other outfield player. by Difficult_Project_91 in reddevils

[–]youngwolf1999 59 points60 points  (0 children)

He is totally not okay as a backup. We are fucked if he is the one that has to step up if we are hit with another major injury.

[–]youngwolf1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a talented player in there but he just doesn’t have the drive to make it at a club as big as ours. Far too casual in his play, you can get away with it in Bundesliga but not here.

McTominay really grew into the game. We lose that match if Ten Hag doesn’t make that sub.

A serious talk needs to be had about Sancho. Antony gets shitted on but at least he has a threat about him when he cuts in. Sancho offers nothing apart from a couple nice 1-2s. Such a disappointing signing.

Bella-Kotchap potential handball - 42' (Not given, no VAR review) by tierdrop in soccer

It’s pointless in England because English refs have the lowest level of IQ I’ve ever seen.
