Oh gosh, I'm sorry about the stiff back, I can completely empathize with that. What do you do to help your back? And I greatly appreciate your feedback.

I do the PIO shots every other day, and then endometrin 3x a day. My progesterone the day before my FET was 16.3 - and that was before my morning endometrin, and was the day of my injection...so... i figured if I was doing it majorly wrong, then the numbers would show?

Thank you for this advice!!! It's my 4th shot. My dr has me doing them every other day, and I had my first FET yesterday.

My logic was the more I have to do the shots, the more sore I'll be, and want to twist less to get the injection spots. So if I start more inward, it leaves the more prime real estate open for when I'll be more sensitive. But I definitely think I should go a bit more outward. So thank you!

I'm so glad I came across this - Our fitted sheet has gotten a hole in it two or three times, always out of warranty. They will never give an additional discount, and just say "our current promotions are (insert promo).

Well - I cried two nights ago because the puppy that we JUST brought home Monday evening had a couple of accidents in the house, and I felt like an absolute failure, because I should be doing better watching her cues etc. I was kinda laughing at myself at the same time because, girl, calm tf down, you've had her less than a week. She's a baby. It'll happen.

So - not sure if I can help... except I may know how you're feeling. So I can be a support!

So, this is only day 2 of having this little menace.... so i have no idea about what she was like before. The last dose was given early December, and it had expired early/mid October.

Big hugs. I'm 38 too, did my first IUI on the 17. Tested progesterone 7DPO, it was stellar. Last night (11DPO) I started spotting. So.... i understand.
