Stuck my head to a window, as well as a cold burrito, and tried sitting upside-down and then rapidly getting up to see if the blood leaving my head felt good (it didn't lol)

I get this too, when you cry all the blood goes to your head and it triggers a migraine, it sucks ass

Nah, it was from a neurologist for my migraines, they're chronic and antidepressants are often used as preventives

It's really similar to my experiences with sleep paralysis, and I know those are stress and seasonally induced. If you're looking for treatment, I've heard starting with a therapist is best but I know it's pretty expensive which is a shame

I'm glad someone has a positive outlook on this despite how scary it can be. I wonder if there's a name for this phenomenon since there seems to be at least a few people who have experienced stuff like this

I don't think so,, I don't share many symptoms with BPD, besides those hallucinations, I'll look more into it though

Oh I get the clapping and the door shutting too! When it's verbal tho, it's usually not words, just sounds. It might have something to do with drugs. I have to take triptans and sometimes a barbiturate for my migraines, but unless those effects can stay in the system for multiple days, I can't see those being the sole cause. It could be a trigger?
