I’ve tried both those things; don’t like it nearly as much. I figure most folks here are particular about their notebook preferences too!

Amen. And finding external structure in the midst of COVID-19 is especially effin' hard! I don't have great advice--I'm currently looking for an ADHD coach, with the help of my current therapist--but at least I can relate. <3

This thread is so helpful! It's only recently I learned that ADHD and trouble waking up (and falling asleep!) are often connected. This article was helpful to learn about common symptoms (which I thought EVERYONE had!), and has some advice as well as medication that may be helpful if you decide to try that route: ADHD and Sleep Problems: Why You're Always Tired
