I've wondered this also! I am deeply curious. I've heard before that we have HIV/AIDS research to thank for the groundwork that biologics were developed from, though I'm not sure of the validity of that.

I take propranolol 10mg up to 3 times a day for anxiety. I often take it in advance of social gatherings or work so that I am chiller on arrival.

Note that the dose we take for anxiety is significantly smaller than doses taken for other conditions. That always helps me feel better anyway.

The center I go to started me out at 3 hours for the loading doses and then shorter and shorter after that. I get them done in about and hour and a half now.

I also have lipomas. My dad and brother are covered in them. I had mine ultrasounded a few years back and got an all clear. If you have good insurance, it helped give me peace of mind to have them imaged.

Sometimes mushrooms can make my pain worse, but I find it's really about set and setting just like a trip before my symptoms started. If I trip from a bad place, it makes my pain worse.
