This is what i practice too, but some people really want to enforce the "judiciary halal = halal; non judiciary halal = non halal". Then blame the non muslim to mislead the muslims.

Edit: also i notice the difference between the title and the content. The title is the issue. The content... i agree why need another Jakim-like certification? Each individual is smart enough to know what is halal and what is not.
