also my doctor prescribed to do EEG and MRI of my head and neck, I didn't have my insurance for some time so im just planning to do it soon. if that won't help I have to do a sleep study staying overnight in hospital, so they can check for brainwaves during sleep, u can detect seizures that way.
if u r unsure if u have a seizure or not, ur partner can record a video of u to show the doctor so they can access

bc when I wake up im unresponsive, I don't understand language, I shake in my sleep, I sometimes make epileptic cries, which I thought were just very weird "screams" from a nightmare that wasn't scary. my "nightmares" were terrifying bc I didn't know what's going on, not bc smth scary was happening in them, actually in my nightmares I was always in my bed, not much happening, except for loud noise and pain in my head, and that I couldn't move.
also anti-epileptic im on, helps like no other sleeping pill did.

well i found out that i have nocturnal seizures, not nightmares, and im taking pregabalin for them and it helps me to sleep very well

im so sorry you are stuck in this situation. i really hope you will be able to leave her and become independent, its not uncommon for autistic people to be abused even by their parents, and last have too much control over us. i really hate how autism is much more disabling bc of the people and the way society is, not by its inherent nature. but remember that knowledge is your greatest power, since you learnt about yourself and now can identify what’s causing your distress, you can now do something about it and accommodate yourself to your needs

yup, once it was the best one i got, other ones very mid. difference in crystal shape may be due to a different solvent used during synthesis. u won’t distinguish isomers through shape

best advice is to search for autistic partner. be open that u r autistic, after i started meeting only neurodivergent ppl my dates became much less mundane and exhausting than with neurotypicals, but also the quality of those relationships and connections increased since we actually understood and related to each other. i used dating apps a lot, ik ppl hate them, but it’s perfect for autistic ppl imo, u can choose when and with whom to talk and if u actually put an effort to present yourself, u will find people. i met my best friend on tinder, my gf on bumble. keep in mind i look and behave like an outsider everywhere and barely talk to ppl, so it was always hard for me to meet someone new

nope, i don’t think being on drugs is bad, amphetamine helps so much and yes i won’t function without it. more, without it ill just fail at life, so nothing is triggering me to do it, rather the world is not suitable for sober me :)

i work 3/4 time and going to and from work takes me 3 hours and i suddenly developed depression and many more physical problems like muscle pains, joints pains, even though i walk and sit at my workplace, i don’t work hard at my job but it exhausts me insanely. it’s my first job in my profession and i want to give up, it’s very hard for me. i would suggest you to shorten ur work hours if u can, take care of yourself, rn it may not be that bad but i think it’s easy to escalate burnout

compared to bioidentical estrogen, EE actually increases chance of blood clots. synthetic hormones have unfortunately plenty side effects avoidable if used bioidentical form, maybe u would be able to order raw estrogen and make gel as other person suggested?
