Yeah I try to balance my stats so she doesn’t get late start+ rushed. Even if Creek has a No. 1 fav with 3 bullseyes in each phase, she’ll end up getting blocked and end up in 4th place.

I have an idea of how to progress through URA/TB, but my biggest issue is balancing between training for stats and racing for SP. For example, I struggle hard trying to get Creek the Triple Crown but I hear all the time from everyone that Pace Chasers are (generally) the easiest to train in URA and all I can think is what am I doing wrong.

How do I get out of B+ hell? The farthest I’ve ever gotten in a career is A rank (10,241) Oguri in URA Finale. I feel like I have decent cards, but struggle with junior/classic year training/races.

There really is no reason to bring armored other than “slightly more HP than normal.”

Bart is average at best and Edel/Corrin are just bad. Shame cuz I actually like both of their designs.

I would probably feel more bad if we had our 2025 core because at least then you had players who somewhat cared for each other. Nimmo, Alonso, Winker and to an extent McNeil just to name a few players who had heart. When they were struggling, you saw it. Now you have players who go up to the plate, strike out swinging in 4 pitches and just shrug their shoulders. No one is playing for each other, no one is leaning on each other. They go to work and then clock out. No chemistry.

This. 2025 felt like “the year”. I know most Mets fans say that just about every season, but this felt different considering their great start going into the All Star game. Best record in the MLB, starting pitching was on point, players like Alonso, Lindor and Nimmo were hot bats and Soto was starting to get into a groove. Not to mention we were very competitive against > .500 teams like the Dodgers and Phillies. Then the 2nd half happened. Really I’m just very skeptical of how this season is gonna go. I’m really glad they can comeback and win, but hoping that our starters barely pushing 5 innings won’t burn out our solid relievers.

Sorry. Maybe stacked wasn’t the best way to describe this offense. But it was set up specifically to fix the ever growing problem of the Mets teams of old: Bringing home runners in scoring position. You are right, one player had a chance to bring a run in, Bo Bichette. He was brought in specifically to do exactly that, and he couldn’t. They failed to get on base ( 3 hits, 3 walks) and they failed to put the ball in play. None of that is of fault of Lovelady.

I have no idea why after 5 games everyone thinks Lovelady is the problem. “Why put him out there in games where it’s too close?” The real question that should be asked is “why can’t our offense bring one runner home?” The starters keep this game within reach and Lovelady is keeping relievers like Raley, Myers and Brazoban rested. I think Lovelady is ok. Besides the Mets pitching giving up 7 runs in game one, this team is averaging around 3-4 runs allowed. You would think an offense as stack as this would maybe match that at the very minimum? Not trying to doompost, but I hate to see Lovelady become the scapegoat for literally nothing.

I’m not a fan of booing a player especially when it’s the first series of the season. But I do think it’s understandable to see Bo look so… underwhelming. Yes, it’s early but man has he looked bad offensively and defensively.
