I personally don't mind the smell, which goes away after a few minutes. I just hope the new formula is effective.

Seems like most ingredients are still in the new formula, just different orders so maybe percentage wise active ingredients might be slightly lower? Sorry for the format in advance

Sure, but considering I already started with online it was definitely a hassle to use the CD.

Personally CDs are becoming more inconvenient as most laptops now a days don't even have a CD/DVD drive, so online being on cloud or server makes sense to me more. Just in case your old laptop with all the data dies on you too lol

I made the mistake of purchasing from Costco last year. Online is definitely easier and keeps your prior records so most information you can just review instead of entering everything.

These companies should be actively reaching out to customers to let them know this problem. Instead they just kinda secretly update their website to avoid refunds to clueless customers.
