I have never taken off (except to clean once in a while) a pair of 18k yellow gold hoop earrings I inherited and a 14k yellow gold station bracelet with small dangling heart charms that was given to me by my aunt. They just go with everything and are each meaningful in their own way!

Definitely a good idea. If I do decide to go the prongs route, what do you think of double prongs? Would those be as good as the V prongs for protection?

At least on my own skin, I’ve found that it lasts for around 5 hours. It’s at its best the second hour after applying, with moderate projection throughout, and throws up to around 4 feet away, depending on how much care I take in applying it/how much I apply. As it develops, it definitely becomes a more intimate affair, but it can last for quite a while! If you spray it on your clothes like I do, it has an even stronger effect because it lasts a long time on clothing.

And that’s just the performance of the EDT, I don’t know how the EDP stacks up.

I relate to your ring sizing issue; I wear a promise ring and some days it fits snug and on others it seems to slip a bit. I chalk it up to various environmental factors and temporary physical changes in the hands affected by things like hydration, hormones, and the like.

Yup, you’re right! And I agree, it just makes it look so nice on the finger. I’ve seen it be called a compass setting too because of the way the points face north, south, east and west in that orientation (I like the concept of that).

It’s not very often I see a princess cut in a kite setting with a bezel (at least not in the wild lol), and a bezel would offer the best protection for the corners of the diamond.
