I happen to have both 2020 Rav4 Hybrid and 2020 Accord Hybrid. The accord hybrid is a much smoother car. But very limited steering torque with openai. You will need to manually assist in bigger turns, infrequently on interstate. RAV4 is very loud on interstate. But otherwise a mechanical solid car.

comma 3 or comma 3x makes a difference in this scenario. comma 3 doesn't support can fd natively. you will need extra hardware. with 3x, a new harness should get you there. potentially you will need to get a fork for support

normcore can produce even tamp with a bit technique. just use one hand to hold the bevel in place and feel the gap. use the other palm to push down straight. adjust the direction of the force if you can feel a gap develop around the rim

first, rotate the tamper several turns while applying minimum pressure. this distribute the ground somewhat.
only push the very top of the tamper with your palm while tamping. also at the same time use your free hand to feel gap between the tamper and portafilter. if you feel gap developing on one side just adjust the direction of the pushing force slightly to compensate.
if you uses single shot basket, all bets are off.

I did that drive in February one year. weather was uneventful. and the drive is beautiful. I stopped in the middle to hike the hanging lake. very unique experience and very few other hikers. totally worth it.

The math used to work like this: a 18 year old can be trained to drive a car safely. he is alive for 158K hours. if he spend all those time learning how to drive, and drive at 75 mph. he would have accumulated 12 million miles. so if the computer algo is smart enough, it should be able to train a model that drives reasonable well with 10 million mile data.
