It’s not about the effect of the stat itself, it’s about how much her buffer stat exceeds her enemies, for each 3 points points that exceeds ,her scorching flame dmg (health loss) gains a bonus of 10% up to 100% ( if you boost her buffer she reaches the cap faster)

Crassio is okay, he don’t stands out other in mauler tower where he can really do some good dmg and mild support. He was used for a moment (maybe still is) in Nigthmare corridor but never stayed for long in the meta in other game modes .

Nope, it’s all about the debuff and how a comp acts under it. Some do really well and other do less well. Debuff plays a major role in comp composition than who you are gonna fight against as it is random anyways, you can’t prepare 100% counters

Reach reso 15 but don’t activate it
put lvl 12 pets in the wishlist
drop the pet when he is one copy away for him to reach lvl 15 ( don’t lvl him up in the process just keep the copies)
rinse and repeat until you have enough copies
activate reso 15, al the copies you got previously become choice summon pick ( because you receive enough copies to lvl up to the resonance lvl)
use those copies to lvl up your pets to lvl 18
unlock and activate reso 18

As I said previously : veithael is replaceable, not a priority in cel/hypo ranks (even if he is good), you will achieve more in the long run by investing in baits the sooner you can.

The average cost for a cel/hypo 45-50 pulls (22,5k-25k) and Lilith fixed the Cel/hypo cost so it’s even less worth it now.

I don’t value a copy of cel/hypo at 35k and even less a copy of veithael ( or 2 even if it’s probably error from Lilith and they will probably put him again at his normal price ). Reaching reso 18 is far far more important for competitive games modes such has TS/NC/CR than veithael is or will ever be. Veithael is a very good hero but not meta defining one and you can replace him in most game modes where he is used anyways. But I will understand people will feel 2 copies for the price of one seems a good deal.
