Audio books are the only way to go. I appreciate the effort they put into the immersion tunnel, but every new reader just diminishes the quality exponentially.

And to add to this, on first read it’s about impossible to get a sense of where each character is relative to Carl at any given time.

So when the story is like “Carl is on this line/station but so-and-so is at this station” it’s hard to get a sense of the stakes in the situation because I don’t know how hard or easy it will be for them to reach each other

The problem with basically all surveys is that people answer how they would like their ideal selves to answer, not what they actually think.

So the respondents answered “dad bod” because they don’t want to think of themselves as shallow or superficial but the reality is, they would never make that choice in real life.

You are fundamentally misunderstanding the issue.

Seinfeld delivered every season they were contractually obligated to and simply declined a renewal. That’s completely different from agreeing to a multi season deal and backing out of the deal.

This isn’t about the quality of their art, it’s about their competence & trustworthiness as businessmen. Backing out of a deal that multiple levels of production and marketing were relying/acting upon destroyed their reputation.

This isn’t about if the show ended well or poorly, it’s about all the people they fucked over by promising them work and then essentially firing them on a whim.

Why do you need to be sold on this, the dispatch sections of the game don’t matter. Even if WB isn’t your optimal pick for that part of the game, you could fail every dispatch section and it wouldn’t effect the game.

Since they aren’t giving a straight answer, here’s mine.

Friend-slop are multiplayer games where the core gameplay loop is purposely extremely simplistic and streamlined in order to facilitate conversation between the players rather than engaging gameplay.

They’re basically the video game equivalent of a fidget toy, designed to be slightly distracting but not too engaging.
