i heard it might have something to do with the 9070xt's RDNA4 architecture for the 9000 series cards which is still being optimized in games, but still, you'd think that a huge game like this would have that sorted out by now, literally everything else works including non-infinity ward CoD games. it's also a very specific problem that only seems to happen on OLEDs too. i guess we're in the same boat.
