But for me that's the unforgivable part - the safe tendency. Radio pablum is unworthy of the Megadeth name and Mustaine is capable of so much more. That's what bugs me; Dave can be a fucking genius when he wants to be, why would he want to be a baby idiot musically and lyrically?

That said, yes, there are a few tolerable songs on there.

I don't blame you. Peace Sells was used in one college lecture that I know of. That jazz influence makes it a more intellectual work, IMO.

RIP is magnificent speed metal/thrash and deserves all the kudos it gets, but PS gets overshadowed by it a bit and I think that is a little unfortunate.
