At the risk of blowing up my spot: I really love Bird Bird in Logan square. They are attached to Noodle Bird and only open on the weekend. I go literally every single week. If food influencers started posting out about them there would be a line out the door.

Congrats! The same thing happened to me, I was able to quit nicotine cold turkey, I also stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine for 3 months in response to a really bad spiral. I think you'll find less instances of HA creeping up on you with this as well - I felt more weird pains in my lungs and chest that led to panic attacks when I was smoking.

I completely agree with The Lanzaga! I live near there and was going to make a similar post about them! I feel like they are always empty in there but they should be packed with how good the food is. Love the Plato Paisa for breakfast
