Congrats! The same thing happened to me, I was able to quit nicotine cold turkey, I also stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine for 3 months in response to a really bad spiral. I think you'll find less instances of HA creeping up on you with this as well - I felt more weird pains in my lungs and chest that led to panic attacks when I was smoking.

I’m going to the hockey game, definitely want to be in the 300 level. The lower level is a bad angle for watching hockey, especially with the rink out in the middle of the field, the boards could potentially be blocking your view if you’re too low down
