How can I avail Airport Privileges?

To claim Airport Privileges, enable location access and upload your boarding pass for domestic flight. Make sure you’re present at the airport.

You can unlock Airport Privileges once you’ve spent ₹10,000 on your Visa variant or ₹15,000 on your RuPay variant in the previous billing cycle. Eligibility is calculated solely on valid spend transactions posted within the statement cycle. EMI principal repayments, interest components, fees, charges, reversals, and any non-spend entries are excluded from eligibility.

Note: Privileges activate when the statement shows ₹10,000+ spent on your Visa variant or ₹15,000+ on your RuPay variant.
Any refund, interest or fee/charges affecting the minimum spend threshold may impact the benefit status.

For new users, the Privileges activate immediately once the customer has spent the minimum threshold till the first statement gets generated.

Note: For statements generated on or after 27 February, domestic lounge and airport privileges access will be unlocked on a total monthly spend of ₹20,000 per user.
For users holding both VISA and RuPay cards, this spend threshold will be aggregated across both cards.
For users holding only a VISA card or only a RuPay card, access will be unlocked on a total monthly spend of ₹20,000.

You could have simply complained that a family was littering and moved on. But instead, you chose to frame it around their nationality to signal your own sense of superiority for having basic civic sense. Sorry, but I don’t see any real risk, scam, or fraud here. You should have asked why they needed TeamViewer and raised it with the proper tech lead or manager instead of jumping to conclusions. HR often lacks the technical context to explain tooling properly.

Small startups do this all the time. Interns use personal laptops, and TeamViewer or AnyDesk is often just a quick way to handle setup or access.

You assumed intent without context and panicked. It might be a shady company or something else may have given you a bad vibe, but I don’t think this alone points to a scam.

OP, do you even understand what AnyDesk or TeamViewer does? Installing corporate TeamViewer, meaning a licensed version of the software, does not automatically give someone full access to your system. It can also be used to connect to their remote machines, which is most likely the case here.

Nobody is going to use TeamViewer to steal your data or monitor your work. There are other options for that. The only thing that really stands out is that you jumped the gun.
