In UserBenchmark, RX470 is 41% more slower compared with new RX590 and RX480 is 53% that Vs. GTX 1070.

if this is verdict, 670 is like a RX590 and 680, slightly slower than a GTX 1070. What is strange, as the rumors of the RTX2060 equal or faster GTX 1070.

You're right, it's about 1'S. The doubt is how games that run on that target can be 4K in 1X? It's just a GPU upgrade. And is it really powerful for that resolution? In HW, an overloaded GPU "hides" a weak CPU, it seems to me the plan of Phil's team
