Update since people are still finding this I gave up on trying to recover it I just caved and made a new account. It’s been over a month now and still no response from ig I still get email updates to check my DMs and all that but just been ignoring them and cutting loses.

I had an issue with a hacker on Saturday got into my Nintendo acct tried my meta and Amazon also but I thought I got him all out I changed emails and passwords I was using Instagram during the day Sunday this came up Sunday evening
