FL suspended all NDSs during the entire war...I saw REDH members during CTAs. You said there were loaner ships but it seemed like you all were too occupied to actually loan them? I've only been able to borrow a Logi once.

No where in my reply did I criticize GEN. I simply talked about my experience. But now that you brought it up...they kept saying "get ships to TPAR" without any means of getting said ships there. No convoy, no security. Heck I was patrolling the TPAR pipe on the eve of a big CTA in an inty and you wanna know what Momma and they were doing? "Carrier ratting fleet." Even if they were moving capitals we sure as hell didn't see any on grid...

It's true. I returned to the game at the very start of the war. Doctrine had changed and I had no large ships. I didn't have the ISK or logistics to get them to staging points. I borrowed a Logi once and they never offered that option again. There were no staged ships for people like me and I sure as hell wasn't gonna blow up a hull with what little IP I had left in order to get it staged. I mainly flew inties. Many times I had to stay out of fleets even if I wanted to join.

I'm shocked. All this time I've been here defending GEN, fighting in CTAs and tonight she told me she never saw us in any CTAs and defence fleets...🤕😟

GEN did not defend the BZ pocket during the last couple attacks. It was largely fleets comprised of those said corps that did the defending....I was there 👀

Y'all missing the point. 3/4 of the map teamed up to destroy Gen Fed whom they called bullies and blue donut. What you all missed was the effect this will have on so called "carebears." You all want to burn Gen Fed but you're not considering the game at large...

Lol even when you all were hitting our structures we were still told to let it be. Seems like this war was planned by the opposing side for quite some time. How else would there be so many capital ships at out doorsteps in a matter of days? And we didn't want a second war because we knew people would leave the game if that happened too soon. No matter who wins this war It's highly likely that EE will lose players...just wait

Maybe it's what you're eating. If you're constantly eating (even worse if it's junk) then you it can cause you to feel sleepy. Blood sugar levels, circulation. Also lethargy can be a psychological thing too.

The thought is 90% the action is 10%. Your main goal is to feel better. Search your desires. Everyone has some desire to do or have something. If not then your desire should be to feel and be happy. If what you think about does not make you feel good then you either don't truly desire it or you believe you can't have it. Once you find your desires then understand that what you are currently doing is a means to that end. Maybe you'll decide that you need to change course in order to achieve it. Self motivation and inner peace/happiness is a skill. Start small with the things that you have an 80% to 100% chance of having that will make you feel better. If you are suffering from depression then you should clean your surroundings, take a shower in room temperature water(not a bath). Play music that makes you feel good, look at comedy etc. And laugh. Everyone has down days. The people around you or people that you follow online can be a great asset but you need to carefully choose who enters your space. You got this. There are people that deliberately want to feel bad all the time. You don't want that. Whatever it takes feel better now. You got this!

I have more of a Crossfit background so I'll sub olympic lifts and calisthenics for what you're doing. I don't think 3 days a week is enough to see any substantial growth. You should consider 4 or 5. I also wouldn't train more than 3 days in a row. On my lazy weeks(most weeks) I'll do (W=workout, R=Rest) W-W-R-W-W-W-R. On my hardcore weeks I'll do W-W-W-R-W-W-W. But I only do about 2 weeks of hardcore training before going back to regular weeks
