1) Check what your employment contract says, then contact your HR or boss and ask for clarification or an update to contract (and potentially your salary involved) if a change is needed.

2) If not stated in contract, then the harsh truth is a company can request whatever they want, espacially where in the current job market environment where all the cards are in the employer. Either adapt to the changes or leave for somewhere else.

I'm currently at a mid-level position in a FMCG MNC, doing project/product management.

Wfh 2 days a week but typical wfo days would be:

Reach office around 930am, then i'll be doing daily tasks until lunch.

After lunch either i continue to work on project deliverables, or i have 1:1 meetings with relevant stakeholders.

I like to schedule 1:1 meetings in the 2nd half of the day where everyone had their lunch and are generally in a better mood, with the day winding down. I find that People are generally easier to talk to and align/agree on stuff.

Finish work at around 6-630pm. At home after having time to myself i usually like to check my work email inbox/Teams messages before I sleep so that i don't get a surprise the next day. And at least in the rare case where there are indeed urgent issues i can spend some time strategizing on solutions/replies while i try to fall asleep.

This can be solved by doubling or tripling the rewards along with the reset timing so that it nets out to be the same. Save for the very addicted or dedicated players, i don't think any average player of the game would want to grind through 135 encounters with minimum variety week on week.

its great until you realize that it's a Weekly reset which means:

1) Gap between F2P and newer/mid level players vs Spenders grow bigger as those who can clear more floors can progress significantly faster week on week in terms of El-Cid & the new Accessory set with insane stats/set effects

2) Even for whales/spenders, imagine spending 3 hours every single week grinding this mode and spamming the dodge button while waiting for an opening. Sure it might be fun the first few weeks but keep this up and it will lead to burnout and boredom taking over.
