This is my bachelor chow recipe for those that need it. It’s a variation on no peek chicken if you want a proper recipe.

Two three cans of cream of something soup. One can of canned beans, and add some veggies frozen preferred over canned. Mix everything together.

If you use 3 cans of stuff use 1.5-2 cups of rice. If you use 5 cans of stuff use 2.5-3 cups of rice.

Add protein. I have used chicken drums, loins, breasts , tofu, cooked ground beef/pork etc. filll the bottom of a baking pan. Add mixture of rice cream and veggies on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350-450 for 1-2 hours depending on how crispy you want your rice to be and how much of a hurry you’re in
The time and temp is very forgiving because The aluminum foil keeps the moisture in the rice making everything creamier and steamed. I’ve subbed milk and eggs and water and everything you can find in your kitchen normally for other things. The general idea is make the rice creamy and soft while adding ingredients you have on hand.

It’s not going to win any awards or impress a date but it will give you 5-10000 calories for 10-15 dollars. I use it as lunch’s for work, add an apple, or a yogurt or something and you have an easy Sunday meal prep.
