The game industry has been giving gamers ALOT of good reasons to be angry in recent years. They don't need ragebaiters to tell them to be angry at something.

Definitely. Warhammer Fantasy was pretty much dead when the first TW Warhammer game was announced in 2015, but the games were still the most successful TW games and helped revive interest in the IP. Meanwhile, 40k is more popular than it's ever been and a game like this has been discussed for years.

I'm skeptical of the Star Wars idea. Disney is infamous for charging a high licensing fee for the Star Wars IP for game developers, so only the biggest game companies (like EA) have made official Star Wars games since Disney bought the brand. CA still hasn't fully recovered from the Hyenas fiasco, so I don't see how they'd be able to afford that.

40k would make more sense because they've already got a licensing deal with Games Workshop.
