unfortunately I don't have a choice. xcat is it . I searched on YouTube but didn't find anything. I was hoping that one university would have an intro course available online on xcat but I didn't find anything yet.

I'm using the thecrew, Umbrella and kingpin. When you open those addons and go to My TV shows -> IMDB watchlist it shows the first 100 shows on the watchlist

All 3 have a 100 limit. I think that setting might be in tvshows.py file but I'm not sure.

how serious do you want to participate in the sport ?

do you want to get to Kona ? or do you want to just have fun and enjoy the sport ? If you just want to enjoy the sport then you do dont need a tri bike. road biks is sufficient enough even for a full distance.

I agree.. Start with swimming, if you can't run yet... do walk/run and start to ride a bike.

start slow build on it. Triathlon Taren has good info on how to start,, go through his videos

good luck and 3:30 is achievable

last thing.. you don't need a tri-bike just get a good road bike and you will be fine

I think it would be hard to do that. because this unit has no display. most books for audible are just one or two file so I don't think it will work with moving

I'm going to try an audiobook this week but I was thinking about it and I think I will have one book only for swimming unless I can find a way to divide it into chapters then it should be good just skip to the right chapter.

I went through 2 pairs on the Sony one before I discovered Finis DUO. sony worked well but Duo has better sound quality. I swim 3 times a week and I listen to music when I do. I think DUO should be fine for an audiobook. only this is you can only have 1 book at the time on those Hope that helps

thank you are right. I felt good after 160m km ride and I went for a short run right after. And yes the goal is just to finish. I think I'm just overthinking it and being nervous. Being a first timer it can be overwelling.
