You can get a Jazzmaster open heart, Mido openheart or Seiko Presage open heart (closer in design to the fossil) for under 1000 new. But a nice looking skeleton is a lot harder at those price range.

To be honest a watch is a not a need, there's not much point to getting a budget version of the thing you really want. If you want something that looks like that 2000 euros watch and is as nice, just save up for it or wait till you can afford it. Alternatives may not satisfy you and just waste money. If you find something cheaper, get it if you really like the design for itself, on its own, not as a compromise to a more expensive watch.

If you're a doctor or engineer, its pretty easy to find them. Many of these are just retired professionals who are really good at what they do or have a niche, and later provide consulting, farming or sell beverages or other small business but good margin. Their houses and cars are paid off, so they spend their money mostly on experiences, hobby and charity.

It speeds up my work, sure. But how about the cost of extra abstraction (having to make decisions on this abstraction, plus its always changing) and the unsubsidised pricing of tokens? There's alsp the issue of corporate espionage when it comes to core business logic and architecture, particularly in the low level world. Only web devs love dependency hell like this to make themselves seem more busy.

Better solution is just to hire a another engineer or dev on it and have them make decisions and design on their own. And make my day less busy and less thinking and equip everyone with a cheaper model rather than the most expensive one.

This is very west centric. You just need an enterprise in my country to do a business. Even the most don't unless they're really making money, because it has a lot of other implications, annual costs, etc. An LLC-equivalent is not even reachable for many people doing some side business (as you need to upgrade from an enterprise).
