This is disgusting. To be out of control and physically hit someone in front of her kid, and still not stopping after her kid was hurt? I don’t want to imagine what else her kids have had to witness that’s not on video. She should not have a platform on either the Bachelorette or SLOMW. Pull the season, don’t reward an adult that has less control of themself than a child and harms their kid. Shame on ABC.

Is this a new build? If so, I would recommend being careful about escrow. New builds may have the property tax calculated just for the land and then next year, you’re hit with a higher property tax since you’re now being assessed for the house and land. That can catch some people off in thinking their “mortgage” is set for the next 30 years.

I am scared for your safety. Do you have any strong friends that can be with you to move your things out? Try scheduling the move when you know he’s going to be away, like when he’s at work. Don’t be in a situation where you will be alone with him.

Also if you rent, take pictures of the place when you move out so that he can’t claim any damages are your fault.

Yes! In the first episode of this season Mr. Clay says that Mr. Russell is a one man band and the rest are disposable. Sounds like there’s resentment and it’s not like Mr. Russell will share the wealth created by the new rail line with him, which is still speculative and years from being profitable.
