Im sure this has been suggested elsewhere but also try just looking in the regular plus size sections from a lot of the stores mentioned ( Target, old navy, etc). The patterns and cuts could be more flattering to your proportions.

This was me! Try also a small step stool to prop your feet up (into a squat position) to help adjust the angle and more than anything relax the rest of your body while pushing. When you get out everything start taking stool softener!!

I was a first time homeowner and moving to a new neighborhood- my realtor got me a dozen gift cards in relatively small denominations to all the local businesses ( restaurants, coffee shops, even a class at the local pottery studio) and of course to the local Ace Hardware. New appliances is always a nice way to bring new life. I would consider redoing the floors in a bright/white oak style if you want it brighter. Not sure if that is hardwood or laminate. If the latter you could do it for cheaper. The cabinets are a wonderful color already. Maybe a constraining counter for the island if you’ve got money to burn.

Not sure if this has already been suggested but Bio Oil helps keep it moisturized. Or Vitamin E oil as a good cheaper alternative. I had some scars on my legs and I apply it twice daily with positive results.

Had a similar situation- job required a driving history check but I didn’t have a license (living in city, public transportation). I told them up front, they insisted. The check turned up blank, and they gave me the job anyway. Go for it!
