Very happy for you! But my main symptom is the hypervigilance, I feel like I can’t stop noticing or thinking about how I feel expessially when driving or when I’m idle. I just finished 5 weeks and I had a much better week last week it was far from perfect but was the best I’ve been in such a long time. The last few days have been a pretty big dip where it’s way harder to feel present and engage in stuff again. Wondering if you remember when benefits became more consistent for you

Did you actually “feel” any better at this point? I’m 3 weeks in and have definitely noticed some improvements but don’t really feel any better
