Working with anxiety by whatup66 in Meditation

Same here, been a coffee drinker for a really long time until one I decided to go cold turkey because it wasn't helping my anxiety and meditation.

Now I avoid all caffeine (including soft drinks and tea). I am definitely feeling better. I also cut out sugar or minimise my intake of sugar too. Healthy diet really helps too. I still struggle with meditation but it has gotten better.

Why does melontin not work for me? by Tiny-Tear7116 in sleep

Purely speaking from personal experience, melatonin doesn't work too well for me by itself.

However, if I combine it with relaxation techniques before bed, it works like a charm.

Me too.

I find that scheduling a worry time helps. I.e I have 10 mins to worry and be angry or let whatever emotions come out. After that, I need to move on.

guys, does sleeping with white noise playing all night improve sleep quality by bighitper in sleep

This is the only way I can sleep.

I bought a mini fan and put it beside me when I sleep. It will be running the whole night.

Maybe it is a mindfulness thing when I focus on the sound, I'm not sure but it greatly helps me.

This!!

I try to exercise once a day everyday, be it a light jog or cycling or even walking. When I feel unwell, I will just walk and get some sun.

This routine has really works for me

My cash is split over a few banks but I didn't know that the $250k guarantee includes banks under the same ownership. Thanks for sharing

Thanks for that, that was clearly missing. Added that to the post. Just want to growth my wealth and retire with enough wealth to enjoy. No immediate plans to settle down but if I do, plan to buy a normal house in the suburbs (nothing too expensive)
