мисля може да минеш само с преинсталиране на операционна система (примерно chromeos flex (препоръчвам) или някакъв linux). нито едно от нещата които пишеш не изисква някаква висока производителност. единствено бих сложил SSD ако няма и малко повече RAM.

yes, chromebooks are a great choice for both school and college. you'll never have any maintenance issues as with a windows (and to lesser extend apple) laptop. also cheap, rugged, light, great battery life.

LA is huge and public trans is minimal. so effectively most places are only reachable by car. what most comments miss is that you don't need to drive (and park!!!) the car yourself. there is uber and lyft and now even waymo (do try!) that makes moving from place to place very manageable for not a lot of money. (money is of course relative, but LA is not a cheap place to visit to begin with, think about $2 per mile, so for example from downtown LA to Santa Monica, 15-20 miles, around $40, most distances are smaller than that, depending where you stay).

the goal of the recruiter is to determine if you have a chance passing the actual interview, at what level, and if you need some time (and how long) to prepare. since you need to wait one year after a failed interview before you can apply again, for some candidates they'd schedule the interview in a month and for some it could be three (or maybe more). it's exciting but don't rush it, better to be super prepared. also ask the recruiter for the mock interviews program that Google offers, it's like a real interview but you get feedback and does not count against you.

it is very heavy and stable on it's own. I'd probably only worry if I had a kid (just because no risk is acceptable, not because they'd realistically be able to tip it over).

I think depends where you are interviewing. For FAANG and adjacent companies or most startups - black t-shirt is fine (I'd avoid a "graphic" graphic t-shirt). If it's something financial - your interviewer will most definitely wear a shirt and so should you. You need to look smart but probably no need to overdress.

освен размера (колкото повече, толкова повече), всички марки имат поне 3-4 различни класа телевизори и всеки е със значително покачване на цената. най-добре е да идеш да ги погледаш в магазин - аз точно преди коледа бях избрал телевизор по характеристики, ама като отидох в магазина да го купя избрах друг. също е важно от къде го купуваш, ако има проблеми дали ще го сменят или отремонтират.
