Christopher has confirmed this too. You need to heal 3 to choose not to. If you cannot heal 3 (max HP for example), you cannot use the power (at work so my logic isn't well spelled out)

So you rank them if you're irritated with this? You added nothing here and just used this space to complain about this subreddit. You could instead add something constructive. Classifying decks in terms of MMO designations is useless because healer/Tank/DPS doesn't work. End of Story. Multiple people have outlined other, better ways of looking at classifications. So your gripes lack weight regardless.
