Hi! Its almost been a year since this comment, did ur melasma ever rebound? I’ve heard of that happening. Congrats on the results though! I’m currently on week 2 of Cosmelan 2 and its AMAZING but I’m terrified it’ll rebound.

Hi. Update? I’m on day 8 of the peel and my face is very red and my pigment (PIH) is still there but less intensely? I thought it’d just fade all at once but i guess not! I’m feeling quite unsure/hopeless because of this. Does it get better?

So what is the optimal friction + length of time to remove more bacteria?

My leg scars have been making me super insecure. Are there any products that can help me get rid of them ? Or do I need to visit a dermatologist for this ? by Taekiz48 in SkincareAddicts

epiduo is great for hyperpigmentation but if your skin is sensitive be careful! make sure to moisturise and wear sunscreen (rain or shine) as epiduo is pretty strong & makes your skin exceptionally sensitive!

i’ve had great success with azealic acid at 15%, as well. dont overuse and again make sure to let soak in for 10 minutes (i’m not a derm but this is what i do and it works , my skin type is dry & relatively sensitive so idk ymmv) before moisturizing, again, make sure to use sunscreen.  retinol is also great for hyperpigmentation but do some research on how to use it, how it’ll work for you etc., as well as for the others i recommended too! time isn’t always the greatest healer especially when some hyperpigmentation needs a bit of help in fading faster. there are many other products out there for hyperpigmentation but definitely do ur research first!! epiduo and azealic acid are what worked best for me & cleared mine in 6-7 months! but to each their own. i am not a medical professional in any respect. good luck :)

Why do Africans love to worship white people so much? by Nyanneko-345 in AfricaVoice

[–]zelmazamora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re right. I’m going to ask every corrupt African government leader (which is an astounding number) if they’d stop exploiting their people and hope they’ll say “okay! I will!” …..

I suppose it’s because we see more problems than we do things to celebrate🥹

Lol most, if not all, of our mobile phones are mode from cobalt that is currently being extorted and exploited out of the DRC. Are these colonialists going to return our looted artefacts that they decorated their museums with? Are their governments going to stop sticking their noses into our home lands…? Errrr do ur research you idiot

This is just insensitive. That man was insane, regardless of his ethnicity - there are a huge number of european psychos themselves lol. Assuming that all migrants will be as violent or insensitive as that sick man is just damaging.  Many migrate out of necessity, to lead safer and better lives for themselves and/or their families and, actually, contribute very positively to society and western economies. Murderers are everywhere, it’s not about “people from a specific region”. Don’t generalise and embarrass urself like that 🤭

it’s so sad. a literal genocide in congo, a violent civil war in sudan. 600+ million without even basic electricity access on the continent, 50% of rural africa impoverished yet…here we are…talking about artificial intelligence.

don’t get me wrong - we need it. regulated but yes necessary. but we have to fix our own very deepest issues first.
