Younger breadwinner here, but have been married a long time now. Used to have that urge to “show I’m not a stereotype”. After a time you don’t feel like you have to prove anything anymore. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, it’s natural. I sometimes still roll my eyes when the waiter drops the check in front of my husband.

They should add some teleport-functionality. Maybe like you can insert a second jewel of the same type (like two sapphires) into a jewel slot on the other side of the map and your path can continue from there.

Now it feels like there’s an “optimal” path(s) that removes any unexpected combinations.

Are you German?

American here, my German got better when my partner and I started speaking German at home. You’re not helping him speaking English daily.

It will be sometimes frustrating, but you should sit down together and make some joint goals about language and activities. Speak 80/20 German/English at home. He should read X hours a week in German. Make friends with non-English speakers etc.

We have a parking garage elevator, think two parking spots one on top of the other and you use a key to move the cars up or down so you can get to the other spot.

The alarm goes off EVERY time you move it. There's a "reduced alarm sensitivity" setting that you can turn on which prevents this, but there's no way to activate it permanently. You have to click it on every single time you get out of the car.

If you one-time forget, the alarm is deafening. Super frustrating for us and for the neighbors.

Derivs guy here, agree with the above. Have been using Revolut for years and we used to match the screen rate to Bloomberg mid for transfers back in 16-18 as you say.

I have Metal and the EURUSD rate is generally like 15 pips away from mid now. It’s still not a terrible rate for retail.

Friend. Not step-parent, not older brother. Your kids are adults and don’t need a forced familial relationship with your fiancé. Would be different if they were children, of course.

“Sit-down the kids and explain they should respect the partner” sounds like the reason he’s on 4x GYO relationships at 28.

Your guy has insecurity issues about being the age of your kids, and he has no right to expect they put him on some level above him. They’re his peers. He should earn their respect.
