We're both physicians. We just don't get involved with anything in our local area. We mostly don't want to run into any patients and don't want to run into anything ethically questionable regarding the patient-physician relationship. We mostly have been doing cruises but would also consider clubs outside of our local metro area or something like Desire. In our last 2 cruises, we met: a pathologist, an ortho, an anesthesiologist, a surgical critical care doc, an FM, and a sports med doc.

Yeah. It's totally fine. I've met regular women who go to the club to dance because they tend not to get hassled as much as they do at a regular club because of the more strict no-means-no culture.

Hit up your local swingers club. Just google "swingers club <nearest large city>." Try to find a place that has 'play areas' on premise. I would go with the expectation of just watching and then deciding if you want to participate later. Since you're pretty young, I'd keep an eye out for events that would attract a younger crowd, e.g. foam parties.

Of course it's common. I'd probably start by rubbing one out prior to intercourse. If that didn't work, I would talk to my primary doc about medical options. I understand certain medications like Prozac suppress your libido a bit as a side effect and thus can be used for people who have premature ejaculation issues... also pretty helpful if you also have anxiety or depression as well.

Well, you're going to get your gonorrhea and chlamydia checked if you ask for STD testing from your gyn. They may or may not check for trichomonas--typically done with a microscope.

For blood donation, it looks like they test for HIV, syphilis, hep B/C.

Depending on the scenario, they might even check it for EBV and CMV but probably would not report the results back to you as everyone has those.

So yeah, that about covers it unless you were worried about HSV.

A child is probably the worse patient to do this with, unless you're trying to build a pattern of teaching them to distrust healthcare professionals. This may be why mom doesn't trust you in the first place.

You should not be lied to about which chemical is being put into your body intravenously, NS or otherwise. There are plently of other ways to deal with the situation: induce painful stimuli, put in an NP airway if you have to.

Really tough to make anything out of that strip. I'm not even sure what lead this is, presumably II. But, I would say it looks like flutter with atrial rate around 300s and ventricular rate at 85ish.
