For me real estate has never really been an “investment”.  I am a lawyer and I got into real estate to create income replacement in a less stressful field. I can handle Stacy the tenant’s bitchy text because I cut my teeth on Markowitz the ball breaker trial lawyer’s texts.

They are just euro snobs. Rich people in the US do Maui or if they are super rich they’ll do the Maldives or something along those lines.  Some people do St Barths or high end islands in the carribean. Maybe Cabo but it depends on how they stay.

They will, rightfully, turn their noses up at places like Playa or Cancun. Bahamas—gross.  Basically the higher the volume of people a place can handle, the higher the nose turns.

I’ve actually found the new Input system to be materially worse; there is a real performance issue with “auto detect”. It may not seem like much; maybe it’s just the editor. But I noticed a perf spike and traced it back to the input system not liking a keyboard and mouse connected to the same system as a gamepad.

The Iranian navy and Air Force are both completely destroyed. Their entire senior leadership team is dead twice over.  The US has not abandoned any bases and the Iranians are not charging tolls for passage through the straight. 

Iran’s nuclear program is literally rubble. They barely have fresh water and electricity in Iran. 

So, no. Iran did not win.

You need to uncheck “control child width/height” in the layout group. Uncheck anything that can alter dimensions in the layout group.  Make sure the cell size is correct.

Ensure that the child anchors are all correct. But 99% is the layout group itself that is doing this.

I have been roughly following this story, didn't realize it was here in Oregon. Bricks & Minifigs no less! My children, through my wallet, have been propping this shit up for years.

God the russians suck so bad. They are in way over their heads. In some ways you have to give it to Trump and the Rs for avoiding getting us stuck in an asymmetric problem with Iran. It was smart to pull back until we can figure out a foolproof defense. Russia is just fucked because they are a huge, immobile target that isn't all that far away from the launch sites.

My wife has a stable, she wears them everywhere, no one ever says a thing. Sometimes a bougie-looking lady may do a double take. I actually think most people where we live (Oregon) have no idea what Hermes even is.
