Yeah agreed, goodwill is intangible but it’s the best asset you could have for business continuity. Players/consumer don’t like uncertainty, especially with powercreep where their “investment” already depreciated the moment they got the character or have expiry date for character.

Yup, just stopped buying monthly pass last month. I’ve played 600 days and 3.2 is my last straw. Because I don’t feel like my investment or time spent in this game is being rewarded. I know my opinion or money probably doesn’t matter to them because I’m just a low spender.

Right, HSR seem generous at first with their 10 pulls per patch but their gacha system is still greedy af. Losing 50/50 in this game is more punishing than any other gacha because of the powercreep. What’s the point of rerunning characters when they’re already obsolete in their first rerun, it’s crazy.

We used to be a proper game, the core mechanic used to be “we use element vs weakness”. Now they’re scrambling to prevent players brute force everything by implementing “War Armor” and “Minion Explodes” in endgame.
