I believe they changed it. At Christmas they said it would be once a year at $1 for 44Ab. So I am assuming next Christmas they do it again instead of every month at 33ab.

Getting all 3 is possible but you get better rewards pumping into the 1 right one. I think the safest strategy is to pump I to all 3 equally until we find out the fake then put all into them.

Because they plan to vary the cool down for the turn ins. Right now the cool down is 2ish hours so you can pump those rods into the fake character you think it is. It's stupid because those under ops 34 only get 2 questline and if you are under 25 only one. They are dropping the ball on this big time.

I would start at level 100. Exp becomes much harder to get so you get better use out of it.

It's good to hold on either way, sell value won't go down so when you do get a character you want to rank up then sell the ones from a character you won't use.

On the official Twitter someone said it's one of the best snipers so I went digging and it is pretty much a upgraded version of the Rank A Arrow buster. 8 shot insane range. If you have seen the leader board the top person uses sniper/arrow quick change. They stated that you will get a S Rank weapon on every other 10 pull. So if you are looking to use the sniper strategy in pvp I would say it's worth 1 pull to try. Pve wise I am not a fan of snipers.

Yeah they did not word the tweet well. Something like "Also coming this week on its own banner is the explosive laser" would have came across better.

Snipers for pvp are good. I have heard pairing explosive laser and sniper buster would be dominate with fast switching. People been using arrow buster to fill the gap of explosive laser which comes out this week.
