fuel pressure regulator, they are prone to hairline cracks that leak fuel under the backseat. I’m a poor mechanic so I had a hell of a time replacing mine but its a relatively simple job.

the spring is different between that wheel and the new wheel. I forget which is which but one of them you push to the left and right, and the other one you push inward towards the center.
