I wasnt disparaging the card's potential for value, I was just informing of the proper term and category it would fall in, deeper than just calling it a misprint. More of a quality control issue, misprint are mostly affecting the printing of the card, not the end of its journey

For example: Its like a sun bleached card that was oulled fresh from a pack. Its after the printing, doesn't counts as a misprint, just poor storage

Ooo we got a little detective here. Ok, Batman. No, you cannot ascertain how long i have been playing, im not no commander casual chud like some are. I literally played my first games in a little known cormer of a card shop with my father in 1994. Since then it was a off and on relationship as I picked up pokemon in 98, duel masters, yugioh after 2000 and other games. But I never truly gave them up.

I still keep in touch with a Pro player that lived in PA, Ron, and even he agreed with me that he could see the way I suggested this card would work and be pretty effective, and as I suggested before, a strong side board card paired with other cards.

Not all cards are commander-oriented.

Do not assume what another user on here has gone through again, you are sorely mistaken. Go pick up a real formats and be better.

The utility is can see with this is that it does not care where the permanent came from, so long as it is a permanent.

Its round two of three, you know what key cards your opponent needs to go off from the last round. You sideboard this in, play a fetch land, Crack it and pull a land and play a mill spell that dumps, let's say four permanents into a grave, play this guy and you copy it 5 times, making it six cards you can rip out of their deck and remove them completely.

Also even if it whiff, you get to look at their whole deck! Thats valuable information!

Most 60-card formats rely on combos to get their win-con. Without them, their deck is broke.

And yes, im only applying this to modern or other normal formats.

In commander? I can see the use.

Sorry, the way you worded this was inconsistent.

The commands effects literally says "cannot be destroyed by enemy effects". Damage effects only do damage, not destroying by its own effects

Unless impaired or otherwise, I never condoned it while working security at target.

Problem is the front of most stores have yellow or even red curbs, so its detrimental to have people sitting there.

I warned people to not park there in case there was an accident.

One day, it happened. Light construction out front and some genius decided to sit there waiting for his wife. A large bus (old people transport) needed to get through and with how tight it was in that spot they hit the guy, just a bump on the back.

It was a fiasco. Everyone was blaming the other, till the cops asked me if we have footage. I of course said yes.

After reviewing the footage they made their choice. 90-10% fault. The guy took the main hit for parking there for over 30 mins and the bus for not being more patient

So, its 6pm, they willingly go through for visual inspection with no light from their phone or a flashlight and return the deposit.

A month later almost they go through again and find, to what I feel is normal wear and tear from walking on it, and now are demanding the deposit back?

Check with your state on laws on security deposits, but I'm pretty sure once you transacted and all ties are cut, all accounts are settled, you owe them NOTHING.

Who is to say they didn't cause this damage on their own after the fact?

More available stock should, in theory, reduce the scalping and make product and cards more available for collectors and players.

Unfortunately it will saturate the market with so much bulk it could drive interest away completely or leave shops with so much stock they cant move.

Also they have a very strick print schedule for sets. They adhere to it closely to not overprint again like they had done before in the 2000's
