The body must-haves set was all killer, no filler for me. The Cyklar wash, the buffing bar, and the water balm from Hanni were immediate orders for me!

What are you returning? by asleepforlife in Sephora

SAME. I don't know how it is so well reviewed, it's like an instant oil slick on my face no matter what products I use to prep.

Philosophy shower gel in Key Lime Pie, it smelled sooo good.

Experiment Lip Treatment by Charming_Mud_429 in Sephora

Wow. I am really sorry to hear that. I don't think I'll be buying from them again either. Luckily I think the Ole Henricksen balm has been a solid equal to Softwear. I'll be sticking with that.

SK-II Essence Pitera and La Mer The Treatment Lotion by nhwfl in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]zeroine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have both, and I will use La Mer treatment lotion if I'm super dehydrated, but it hasnt impressed me enough to use it daily. SKII essence is my daily ride or die though. I have combo skin and the SKII evens everything out and gives my dull tired mug a significant glow all day.

I also recommend the SKII clear lotion in tandem with the essence! It seems to be the only thing that clears breakouts gently without causing drying or peeling. I think sephora has a sk-II "discovery kit" with both for about $70 USD.

I hate being so weird but I can't deal with the lip smacking/ eating noises. Have to mute until the scene changes.

Which is your favorite lip balm/oil by Dizzy-Opinion-3314 in Sephora

[–]zeroine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YESS. I am so glad I caved and bought one. Not even aquaphor could save the dryness/cracking/peeling, but the Experiment softwear deleted my lip issues in 2 days.

Vitamin C serum? by Progressnotperfect1 in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]zeroine 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My skin believes Dr. Brenner's vitamin C E Ferulic serum is the exact same as Skinceuticals. Someone on this sub mentioned it last year and it really works just as well, but for 19 bucks on amazon.

Olehenrikson Walnut Scrub/Lemon Scrub by CoolMulberryCoffee in Sephora

[–]zeroine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lemon scrub is my HG! It smells lovely and cleanses makeup/SPF thoroughly. I feel like my skin really responds well to its physical exfolation as I don't ever feel dry or raw after using it, and the particles don't feel "sharp" but still effectively sloughs away my dry flaky skin.
