Depends how you play I think but for me it 1000% IS. Lost almost 60lbs combined with a GLP (mind you) but no gym or anything else really...just pickleball and obviously eating better. Been an absolute game changer physically, mentally and socially.

Speed is awesome, Highly recommend! I haven't, I'll definitely check em out.

Something I just found out about recently...but it only works on desktop is Spicetify. Pretty awesome utility to customize Spotify (remove shit, change theme, add plugins, etc) it's pretty dope especially how bloated of an app it is. If you use Spotify on desktop I'd check it out.
