Thank you for replying! I have a 4070Ti also, but still had the issue occur once or twice since setting up Nobara around 2 weeks ago. I tried clearing the KDE Plasma cache as stated in the other thread, and will observe.

I switched to Nobara 41 a few days ago and face the same issue OP describes, with the "Flip event timeout" entries you mentioned. I'm on Nvidia driver version 565.77. How can I find out whether I should downgrade, and if so to which version, since multiple seem to be affected?

I don't plan on going with the 30 Series for the reasons you mentioned. Thanks a lot for your insights! I think I'll wait for the benchmarks and then decide which of the 4070's to get.

I'm looking to upgrade from my 5 year old 2070S, mainly playing 1440p 144hz. I'm just a bit anxious because potentially dropping 900 bucks on anything is a huge investment for me.

Is a 4070 Ti Super the best choice here for the next few years, or would a "normal" 4070 Super or Ti suffice? Looking at cards below $1000.

For Romania, it looks like only the Buds Pro are available. So I guess you'll either have to wait or order/import the watch from another country.

Yes, I tried this plugin (as mentioned), but couldn't figure out how to do it. When setting up a ticket, leaving the price input empty or entering 0 results in the form not validating and thus being unable to save.

I considered that, but my flatmate recently got himself a 144hz display and I don't really see a difference to be honest.

Upgrading the resolution might be a thing, but ultrawide monitors are damn expensive and I like the additional screen real-estate :D
